Non-customized items
Payment in full is expected prior to shipment. Taxes and shipping will be included. We will send your invoice via email. Once paid in full we will ship your item and a paid-in-full receipt will be emailed.
Customized items
All custom orders will receive a non-refundable deposit invoice via email, we will not begin production until a deposit is made. The deposit covers the cost of materials and time to draft and edit your design. Once your item is complete we send a final invoice via email, payment in full is due prior to shipment/delivery/pickup or installation. A receipt will be delivered via email once paid in full.
*Customized items are non-refundable as they are unable to be re-sold.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, and Cash.
Please Review Order Process
STEP #1 Request a quote via email (see above instructions)
STEP #2 We email back an estimate, once you commit to our services, we will begin designing your hand-crafted item and submit the final design to you via email. You can then request edits. We will edit and re-submit until approved.
STEP #3 We will request a non-refundable deposit to start your project (PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
STEP #4 Once we receive the deposit, this gives us greenlight to start, we will order the material and begin production.
STEP #5 Once complete, we will take photos of the complete sign and email them. We will also send your balance invoice via email
STEP #6 Once the balance is paid in full, shipment/delivery/installation/pickup arrangements are made
Step #7 A final invoice paid in full receipt will be emailed

Pricing Includes: Design & edits of sign, carved sign & text, wood species as selected, single, or double-sided, stain and/or paint/epoxy finish options, moisture/UV resistant coat, hanging options (hardware, screw hole, etc.)
