If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We value your satisfaction and would like to resolve any issues; all questions and concerns should be addressed via email @ knillcraftdesigns@gmail.com

Custom-made items

All custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. However, we value your satisfaction and would like to resolve any questions or concerns. Please reach out via email for a resolution.

 

Non-customized items

  • Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspecting, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your account issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
